Let’s take a look at how you earn as an Avon Representative in 2023.
Your First 3 Months – Kick Start Your Avon Commission
When you are new to Avon for your first three months your commission level is worked out based on what you sell in a month. Earn this month and reap the rewards the next.
Level 1 | Level 2 | Level 3 | Level 4 | |
Monthly sales | £1 – £99 | £100 – £249 | £250 – £999 | Over £1,000 |
Commission on sales / discount | 15% | 20% | 25% | 30% |
At the end of the three months you’ll then move into the full Avon Rewards programme where your commission rate is based on what you sell in a quarter.
Avon Rewards – After your first 3 months with Avon
Once you have been with Avon for 3 months your sales are added up over a quarter to give you a rewards level, and the rewards level determines your commission / discount for the next quarter.

For brochure sales: you charge the customer the brochure price and pay Avon your discount price. The difference is your commission, For example if you sell products at the brochure price of £100 and you have a commission level of 20% you would receive £100 from your customers, pay Avon £80 for the products and the £20 difference is your commission.
For Online Sales: Your customers pay Avon directly and Avon credit your Avon account with the commission which is paid into your bank weekly. For example if your customers order £100 of products from the website and you have a commission level of 20% Avon would credit the £20 commission to your rep account and this would be paid out to your bank weekly.
If you have also placed rep orders the commission reduces your overall balance.
