Delivery

The Reps Anywhere Shop currently delivers only to the United Kingdom.

  • Third-Party Shipping: Most orders will now be fulfilled by a third-party partner and shipped via Evri couriers. Delivery typically takes 3–6 working days. Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.
  • Direct Shipping: For products we have in stock at our location, we will ship them directly and select the delivery service we deem most suitable.

Digital download orders will be sent electronically, and you will not receive a physical item in the post.


Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@repsanywhere.co.uk or via WhatsApp Message at +44 7723 583006. We will provide you with:

  • A return authorization number.
  • The address to send your return, along with a prepaid shipping label or a QR code to use at an Evri drop-off location (if applicable).

Return Process

  1. Pack your item securely, ensuring it is in the same condition as when you received it.
  2. Print off and affix the provided prepaid label or use the QR code at your nearest Evri drop-off location.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method and card used for the purchase.

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • CDs, DVDs, vinyl records, or software that have been opened.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take time for the refund to appear.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@repsanywhere.co.uk or via WhatsApp Message at +44 7723 583006


Shipping Returns

To return your product:

  • Contact us at info@repsanywhere.co.uk or via WhatsApp at +44 7723 583006 to obtain a return authorization number and the address to send your return.
  • You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Stock Accuracy

While we make every effort to ensure the stock displayed on our website accurately reflects what is available, discrepancies may occasionally occur.

  • Third-Party Fulfillment: Products fulfilled by our third-party supplier may sometimes be subject to issues with their stock count, and availability may not always match what is shown on our site. If this affects your order, we will notify you as soon as possible to offer a suitable resolution.

Customer Eligibility

This shop is intended for genuine Avon customers only and is not for Avon representatives.

To ensure fair access to all customers, we may limit the maximum purchase quantity per item at our discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that we suspect are not for genuine personal use.
