The festive season is here, and whether you’re an Avon Rep or a loyal customer, getting your orders delivered in time for Christmas is essential. Here’s everything you need to know about Avon’s delivery options and timelines, so you can plan ahead and avoid any last-minute surprises.
For Avon Reps Ordering for Customers
If you’re an Avon Rep placing orders on behalf of your customers, here’s the key information you need:
Rep Delivery Deadlines (Mainland UK)
- Standard Delivery: Place your order by 11:59 pm on 18th December for delivery before Christmas.
- Express Delivery: Submit your order by 10 am on 20th December for delivery by 23rd December.
- Choose Your Day Delivery: Order before 10 am on 13th December to select a specific delivery date.
- Saturday Delivery: Place your order by 10 am on 18th December for guaranteed Saturday delivery.
Rep Delivery Deadlines for Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man
- Standard Delivery: Place your order by 11:59 pm on 17th December.
- Express Delivery: Submit your order by 10 am on 19th December for delivery by 23rd December.
Delivery Methods for Reps
Tracking Your Orders
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details. You can use these to check the status of your delivery and even request delivery to a neighbour if you won’t be home.
- Standard Delivery: Most smaller orders that fit into one box are delivered via Evri.
- Express Delivery: Even small orders may be sent via Parcelforce if you select an express shipping option.
- Larger Orders: Bulkier orders requiring multiple boxes will always be sent with Parcelforce, regardless of the delivery method selected.
For Customers Ordering for themselves
If you’re shopping for gifts directly through your Rep’s Avon digital brochure or store, Avon makes it easy to get your order in time for Christmas:

Extended Returns for Christmas
Shopping early? No worries! Avon offers an extended returns period for purchases made between 1st October 2024 and 2nd December 2024. These items can be returned until 31st January 2025.

For Avon New Reps Waiting for Their Starter Kit
If you’ve just joined Avon and are waiting for your starter kit, it usually takes 1–3 days to arrive. If you’ve joined after 16th December, your kit will include January brochures so you have plenty of time to find customers and start your Avon journey strong in the new year.
