Wow, is all I can say. The top selling reps list was just updated for June 2021 and I've moved up into the top 10.
What's this all about then?
Every month Avon produces a list of the top 1000 reps based on their personal sales. This means the amount of Avon products they sold themselves. Some reps in this list (like me) are also Avon sales leaders who help reps join and grown their own businesses (but the rankings don't include team sales - just your own).
June was very busy and I spent more time than usual on my Avon business, knowing that I'd want to work less over summer. I can't take all the credit, there were some great product offers on in June and I think my customers must have also been in the mood for spending.

Becoming an Avon Sales Leader and growing your team is simple.
First of all you will need to have joined Avon as a rep. If are not already an Avon rep you can learn more and get started here.
Once you are a rep there are two ways you can appoint people into your team. We currently recommend enabling both methods to the sales leaders in our Avon team as it offers you the most flexibility.
This is great if you want to recruit on the go. It’s an App so it only works on your phone or tablet.
Avon describes this app as:
“Easy to use and always at hand, Avon Grow is a mobile solution that enables you to manage all leads in real time and includes all validations required for a prospect to complete an application and become a Representative within your team.
Connect with a wide audience of potential Representatives with your in App predefined personal recruitment page ready to be shared in seconds.
You can edit your page by completing your Avon story and adding your social media handles so your prospects can learn more about why they should join your fantastic team.
Plus, create instant appointments and manage all your leads on the go
If you are a Representative, download the app, bring along a friend and take a step ahead into Sales Leadership straight away.

To set up on the original system you need to
To do this login to your account. You will be presented with two options.
Choose Manage my business. On the next screen, from the top menu choose “Opportunities” then “Increase your earnings”.
On the next page you should select “Apply to become a trainee sales leader” from the drop town and click submit.
After approx 24 hours you will be set up as a sales leader and will be able to create your Personal Recruitment Page. You will share this with people who are interested in joining your team. Here’s Tim’s PRP as an example: https://prp.uk.avon.com/repsanywhere
You will also notice that when you log in you now have three options to choose from as shown below.
Once the option becomes available setting up your actual PRP is quite simple. You can set it up here.

Far Away Beyond – Avon’s first ever parfum, delivering a longer lasting and more intense scent than you experience with an Eau de Parfum or Eau de Toilette.
Cherry Bomb Hand wash and Shower Gel Range – this has such a nice fragrance, I’m crossing my fingers for a matching spritz in the future.
Skin So Soft season has well and truly begun and is one of our best sellers – It usually comes in a 150ml bottle but Campaign 7 sees the launch of a bigger 250ml bottle.

A lot of the perfume ranges have dropped in price which we know a lot of you will be happy about as there were very few on offer last month. Most of the matching lotions and body washes have dropped to £2.

We are very excited about the launch of the Serum Foundation. This new foundation will help even skin tone, cover imperfections and give you healthier-looking and feeling skin even after it’s been taken off.

May’s Price Drops
There are some lovely price drops this month, here are our highlights:
Some fragranced body lotions have 33% to 50% off last months price.
Magix primers have 25% off and Glimmersticks and the Big Intense Eyeliners are half price.
Skin so soft is always popular when the weather starts to get warm and it’s dropped to £3 a bottle when you buy 3. Usually £3.50 each.
Keeping with the summer theme all sun care is all buy one get one half price.
Another drop that I’m sure will be popular is most 1 litre bubble baths are £2.25 from £2.50. It could be a while till we see another 500ml for £1 offer so perhaps a good time to grab your faves if you are running low.

The biggest reduction this month is on some of the Fashion Face Masks which are £1.50 each from £4.
I’d say the most popular drops will be these on perfumes and aftershaves, many have dropped to £7 or £8 from £10 / £11 (except the Far Away range which is back at £11 a bottle – but you can buy them in a bundle with a body lotion for £10).
The Avon mark. Loose Powder Foundations are back down to £5.50 which I know will make a lot pf people happy and there are also some good reductions on bras.
Loads of products have returned as clearance items but as the price drops research only compare to the last brochure most of the clearance products aren’t included, I’d recommend taking a look as there are lots of products in there that I had through had gone for good, so worth a peak.
